Print spooler zero size

Heyo,

This could very well be in the hardware category for printers, but for now I think it's related to the OS?

• We have Win7 machines and Win Server 2008 R2 machine acting as the print server.
• Using PCL driver.
• FX ApeosPort IV C2275 printer
• Using Standard TCP/IP port 'hostname'

Some documents with specific print settings (e.g. page range, as opposed to 'current page') fail to print. Details:

• Print is 'successful' as shown by Windows.
• Print job spools 'successfully', is inserted into print queue.
• No print job appears from printer, nor is there any record of the job on the printer.
• Page count on queue is N/A, size is 0

Any ideas? Changing protocol between RAW and LPR makes no change.

Hmm; is the print driver the latest version?

Test and fix on the hosting machine first (aka the Win Server 2008 R2 machine) as that has to work correctly if the clients are to have any hope.
