Printer problem

Hello
MF8280CW printer dose not come on, I have the power supply board out every thing looks good, so wondering can I test that board like this, or do I need to put it back, thanks in advance

You need to put it back in just like it was before when you pulled it out.
Make sure that all in one printer is on a stable platform, with no dust on it or inside the printer.
For some strange reason, canon products don't act right.
If it has a little or too much dust or debris around it.
