Problem dllhost.exe and LiveUp.exe

Hi

Whenever I open an application(e.g. any Game), my game automaticaly minimizes after 2-3 mins and I am brought to windows mode.
I looked in the TASK MANAGER and found 2 files which appeared and disappeared in the list - dllhost.ese and LiveUp.exe

dllhost.exe - located in located in windows/system32 folder
LiveUp.exe - when I right click and try to stop , I get a message saying "ACCESS DENIED"

Please help to resolve.

I tried uninstalling my anti-virus(AVIRA). But problem is still there. I am downloading the latest version now.

Please help to resolve the issue. I am not able to run any game properly. There are interruptions in between.

I have downloaded the latest version of AVIRA. Scanned the system. But still both the files are coming up in task manager and the problem still exists.

What is the video cards make and model?

How to check? I went to device manager. There is a driver "Sound, Video and game controller".
Its version is 6.1.7601.17514. Make is microsoft.

Is this the 1 which we are looking for? Please guide
