Inactive Problem with google search results being redirected

Hey,

I recently have been infected by the horrible google redirection virus/hijack thats going around. Anytime I search in firefox through the search bar the first result is usually redirected. No more redirections after that.

Currently I'm running through the 8 step guide and will post necessary logs as I get to them.

Make sure, you PASTE all logs. If some log exceeds 50,000 characters post limit, split it between couple of replies.
Attached logs won't be reviewed.

Thanks here's the malwarebytes log. It's not actually my computer I'm working on but someones elses so it'll be tomorrow before I can get the other logs posted.
