Problem with new laptop?

I bought Samsung np350v5c some 25days ago. Everything was working fine and one night I shut it down properly, next morning I tried to turn it on but nothing turned on. I can see the green light on when charger is connected, when I press the power button a blue light comes on for about 4 secs and then turns off itself. I don't hear any sound of fan or anything. I have already tried to turn it on with battery & without battery but nothing is working.​

Can you please guide me how to fix this mysterious issue.​

If it is truly new, then I would suspect the battery needs to be fully charged.

Plug in the charger and leave it overnight.

If jobeards suggestion don't work & if the warranty is still good, take it back to where you got it.
