Problem with watching videos please help

Your going to need to elaborate quite a bit more, what browser are you using? What problems are you experiencing and were they bought or from another source?

I format the computer and install a new windows, when I watch some video on youtube or or listening song, or a video from mobile it is slow, it is just like slow motion, I think I need a display driver or graphic , but I do not now where to find

What Os are you using? .What is your Computer Specs?. Are you using a on board video chip or a Video card? These are also things you need to post in order for someone here to help you out.

intel celeron(TM) CPU 1300 mhz 1.29ghz, 512 mb ram

intel 82815 Graphics controller 32 mb internal

Ok, you need to install the latest service pack for XP witch would be Service pack 3. You also might be better of running Firefox or Chrome as your main Browser. Your version of Ie is no longer supported. As far as your graphics Check the manufacture web site. Win xp is no longer supported by Microsoft. So there will be no more updates for it.
