Problems with Windows Update and Defender

Hi there, I'm new here. I'm having serious issues with Windows Defender that doesn't work in Safe Mode and Windows Update that reports IsPostBack_RC_PendingUpdates and BITS net helpmsg 2182 remote exception. I've tried so many antivirus softwares...ESET has found EFI/CompuTrace.A when I had Secure Boot disabled because of my error, Microsoft Safety Scanner finds infected files during the scan but in the end it says everything is fine adn Adwcleaner which has just cleaned these:

I looked into the Windows Update section in HKLM and I see there aren't all the standard keys, WSUS string as example is missing
