The Intel i7 3820 processor will work with the P9x79 pro motherboard. The motherboard also is listed with having the multiple PCI Express 3.0 slots. So if you are trying to get the full usage of the PCI Express 3.0, than make sure you get a video card that is rated at 3.0.

I know the processor work with this motherboard but not if the processor work with an pci-express3.0 graphic card

If the MB supports it the processor will if it will work in the MB.
