Processor goes to n/a

Hello guys,

I am new here in techspot. I hove you can help me guys. When I open my laptop and run dxdiag processor appears but when I start to use my laptop become very slow. sample screenshot. thnaks.

1. Does your laptop feel hot when it starts to become very slow?
2. Did you update your AV, Malwarebytes then do a full scan?
3. if you have done all that and nothing is found next is update all your drivers & windows

If after all those 3 it still becomes slow just post back with results

The laptop has an AMD Processor installed. The main page of the bios will show the CPU model
