Inactive PUM.Disabled.SecurityCenter Is killing my PC

Please help me Broni!
My PC is running terribly. Ran Malwarebytes and got this message:

Malwarebytes said that it removed the PUM.Disabled.SecurityCenter and Broken.OpenCommand but my pc is continuing to get worse. (some programs won't open; some files show they are empty; I couldn't get online anymore; freezing problems; everything is either really slow or doesn't respond.
I restored my pc to an earlier time and I can get online again along with use some programs again but it is quickly deteriorating again.

Can you help me?

Make sure, you PASTE all logs. If some log exceeds 50,000 characters post limit, split it between couple of replies.
Attached logs won't be reviewed.

Please, observe following rules:
