Inactive PUP.Optional.Tarma.A and PUP.Optional.SearchQu

PUP.Optional.Tarma.A and PUP.Optional.SearchQu -- 14 instances of these two items were found by MalawareBytes and quarantined. MalawareBytes and Microsoft Security Essentials have not found any other items. Is this a serious threat in that I need to reformat my hard drive or is the removal by MalawareBytes sufficient? I build WordPress websites and use client passwords and my server hosting passwords, online banking, etc. I want to be sure that I don't infect or allow sensitive information to be vulnerable. MalawareBytes doesn't indicate the level of threat of these items. Thank you.
