Raid Controller

I am looking for a Raid Controller for Windows XP Home sp3 on a Microstar. I can't seem to pick which one is right for my PC. I have a few drivers that are missing but I have been searching for this one for a while now and TechSpot has plenty to choose from. Can you help me choose one? Thanks! I can't get the screenshot to post, no allowed extension is the message I get.

Paste your screenshot into the Paint accessory, crop it appropriately and Save As JPG
