After asking a few questions last year in this forum I figured that there was somthing up with my motherboard (hdds come up as removable media, wont boot from cd, BSOD when add 2nd hdd) and still havent got round to replacing it.

Now the system has stopped recognising the mouse or any other USB devices so I have motivation to do somthing about it (might not be related but I wanna get it all fixed so i thought id start with mobo)

The only thought that occured to me was when I read that most DDR2-800 was overclocked 667Mhz, so should I try increasing the voltage on the RAM slightly and see if the system becomes more stable (less blue screens etc) before i go buying a new mobo??? Or is it designed to still run fine at 1.8v???

Thanks
Chris

Edit: Memtest has shown no problems with RAM

If memtest runs fin then raising the memory voltage shouldn't change anything. If you want to be sure, look for the specifications of your memory modules & see what voltage they're supposed to be running on.
