FYI: CToolBar.exe is part of the Wareout infection..
You have multiple antivirus program processes running in addition to AVGv9>ClamWinShield, Norton, McAfee. I'm removing entries in the script but you should go to Add/Remove Programs and uninstall all but AVG. Then use Windows Explorer> Local Drive> Programs> find the program folder for each and do a right click> Delete.

Referring to the picture above, drag CFScript into ComboFix.exe
When finished, it will produce a log for you at C:\ComboFix.txt . Please attach to your next reply.

After completing the script in Combofix, please run the following:
Choose v2.0.4
Download the HijackThis Installer HERE and save to the desktop:
NOTE: Do NOT have HijackThis fix anything yet! Most of what it finds will be harmless or even required.

Download the HijackThis Installer HERE and save to the desktop:
- Double-click on HJTInstall.exe to run the program.
- By default it will install to C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis.
- Accept the license agreement by clicking the "I Accept" button.
- Click on the "Do a system scan and save a log file" button. It will scan and then ask you to save the log.
- Click "Save log" to save the log file and then the log will open in notepad.
- Click on "Edit > Select All" then click on "Edit > Copy" to copy the entire contents of the log.
- Come back here to this thread and paste (Ctrl+V) the log in your next reply.

- Follow the prompts to start ComboFix and when prompted, agree to the End-User License Agreement to install the Microsoft Recovery Console.

- When the tool is finished, it will produce a report for you.
Current things (that haven't occured since Bobbye left) are Random Internet Explorer Pop-ups and Random Audio clips of games music songs radio etc etc.
I tried to Follow Combofix to download and install the Recovery Console but everytime it says something like enumoration error or something and it is unable to install it.

Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (aka MBAM): http://www.majorgeeks.com/Malwarebytes_Anti-Malware_d5756.html to your desktop.
* Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
* At the end, be sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
* If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
* Once the program has loaded, select Perform quick scan, then click Scan.
* When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
* Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
* When completed, a log will open in Notepad.
* Post the log back here.

Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (aka MBAM): http://www.majorgeeks.com/Malwarebytes_Anti-Malware_d5756.html to your desktop.
* Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
* At the end, be sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
* If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
* Once the program has loaded, select Perform quick scan, then click Scan.
* When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
* Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
* When completed, a log will open in Notepad.
* Post the log back here.

Last time it looked like that, pop-ups where still going and audio was still up etc etc. So I never trusted Malwarebyes.
