Hi - thanks for reading this.

I get random (and often) reboots when I put my laptop back into the docking station. we've replaced the hard drive and put on a fresh build, and last week replaced the motherboard. still happens.

Please find the last two mini-dumps attached. Any help is greatly appreciated.
Peter

Both errors are 0x00000080: NMI_HARDWARE_FAILURE
This general indication of a hardware failure is often quite difficult to pin down. Follow usual hardware troubleshooting protocols, in particular: Roll-back any recent hardware or driver changes; ensure that RAM sticks are matched and undamaged; check for viruses or hard drive damage; run ChkDsk to identify file system problems; ensure that all connections are sound inside the computer and all cards well-seated.

Both cite the Intel NIC driver ele5132.sys as your issue. Update the latest NIC drivers from your system's manufacturer's webpage.

If that doesn't help it could be the NIC card itself is bad.

Still Happening

HI - still getting the random reboot.
can you look at this one for me?

is the NIC for wireless and wired the same- could I have a bad hardwired nic and good wireless nic? I hope this isn't terribly stupid...

The same error andthe same driver cited.

And yes it could very well be the NIC card itself is bad and thus no amount of updated drivers will help.
