I'll start the scan in the afternoon. My internet isn't that fast at the moment and stalls without warning. Would that invalidate the scan?

Things seem to be fine. The network is running a bit better from what I can tell, though my speeds when updating Steam still plummet to low-DSL speeds. (going from a stable ~230Kb/s to a range of 20Kb/s - 70 Kb/s.)
Not sure if that is comcast throttling us, we got the service less than a month ago, or if that is something using our bandwidth. I think it's pretty much fine now, is there anything else I should be scanning with on a daily/weekly/monthly basis?

You may keep MBAM and AdwCleaner on your computer, if you wish. Keep them updated and run them weekly.
Let's clean up.
Click Start> Computer> right click the C Drive and choose Properties> enter
Click Disk Cleanup from there.

Click OK on the Disk Cleanup Screen.
Click Yes on the Confirmation screen.

This runs the Disk Cleanup utility along with other selections if you have chosen any. (if you had a lot System Restore points, you will see a significant change in the free space in C drive)

Thank you very much, I'll keep AdwCleaner and MBAM updated. Windows Update hasn't found any updates since 6/20 so I'm not sure if that's a good or bad sign, haha.
I'll read up on those articles as well, thank you very much.
Is there a forum area you would recommend me to go to ask about my PSU and RAM? My RAM is supposed to run at 1.5V and a couple of them are running at 1.25V I have an ASUS utility that keeps track of voltages, fan speeds, temperatures, etc and found that my +3.3V was low for a while. (it would creep lower and then return to below normal before dipping low enough for ASUS AI to tell me it was "dangerously low."
