re: unable to boot...only boot with safe XP

I have a new dell dual core, 1gb ram and for the last couple of weeks I have sporadic bsod. I removed comodo as I thouoght this this could be the problem...but I still can not boot normally.

when I go to the event viewer I got these messages (see below).
I d/l the file to view my minidump but it does not work in safe mode...

please help!

reinstall windows if you dont have important files on it if you do then install windows into a different folder
