I downloaded memtest today, and I ran it to see if my ram was good. I know that even one error means that I have bad ram, but I have had 49 errors and it has only tested about 4 percent. Also, I ran 2 processes testing 2047 mbs of ram each because I have 6 gigs of ram. Is it normal to have this many errors because of bad ram? The thing about my system is that it often crashes, or doesn't boot up correctly, but with this many errors, it would seem that it is a miracle that my computer works at all.
I am running windows 7 ultimate 64 bit.
Also, no I have not messed with the bios or overclocked.
