Realtek shows only 4mb

I have installed realtek audio driver but I can't see drivers in control panel or in c drive I see realtek folder only having 4 mb. Btw I'm on windows 10 1809 , motherboard gigabyte h110m s2.

Try downloading and installed the HD package first, then install the latest audio driver:

I have done that already but nothing seems to work

Hmm, does the sound chip show in Device Manager? Win+X > Device Manager > Sound controllers

I have done this all updates my driver's too and ya bte in c drive it has a realtek named folder having audio but nothing inside the audio folder

What about in C:\Program Files or C:\Program Files (x86)? Is there a Realtek folder in them?

Edit: I've just installed the latest driver package and it installs to C:\Program Files (x86)\Realtek and mine is 4.66 MB too

There is folder but nothing inside it

So the folder has a size of 4 MB but it's empty? That's very odd.

Personally, I would try to do the following:

Then I'd disable the sound chip in the motherboard BIOS and then go and buy something like this:

https://www.scan.co.uk/products/creative-soundblaster-audigy-fx-51-soundcard-pci-express-oem

(I use a USB sound card, myself)
