Hello, I just ordered everything off the internet for my new Computer.
I got everything connected but when I try to load Vista 64 bit it gives me the error message Reboot and Select Proper boot device.
I have no idea where to start! Is it a bad hard drive?

I have an Asus Maximus Formula 2 Motherboard.
Can anyone help me

Reboot and Select Proper boot device
This is an error message provided by your BIOS, so we know either configuration or hardware is to blame.

So, how was your installation of Vista? Did it go smoothly? Were you *able* to install it or is that what you having a problem with?

Obviously, the first thing to check is your boot order. Then check your cables (power + data (SATA/IDE) and jumpers if necessary. Make sure your BIOS is configured to boot to the hard drive that will contain Vista.

No I cannot even boot Vista onto the computer it just gives me that error message.
The Bios setup shows that it detects my harddrive and my cd-rom...
