Recover deleted instagram account

Hello!
Recently, I have deleted my Instagram account. Is it possible to recover it? If yes, will it still contain my data or will it be an empty account?
I would appreciate any help.

I also deleted my instagram account, from what I understand it is a permanent deletion unlike many other social media accounts. That is unless you temporarily disabled it you can recover the account by simply logging into it.
