Recovery or restore on Windows 7 gone bad

I have a Gateway NV59C, which I created the recovery CD's for when I first got it. Laptop started sticjing so tried to do a recovery (the one where u can re-install Windows and the old files go in a folder).
That didn't work as it got stuck on "Setup is starting services", it restarted and now I get an error message that the computer restarted unexpectedly and Windows installation cannot be completed, press OK to restart, when it restarts it happens all over again!!!.

Tried to change the boot sequence to start from the CD drive...still doesn't work
however when I press F10 for the one-time boot this comes up

Edit Windows boot options for: Windows 7
Path: \Windows\system32\winload.exe

Partition: 3
Hard Disk: c749031c

[ /NOEXECUTE=OPTIN ]

I've got the a project due on Friday and at this point I dodn't care about the information lost...I just need Windows to work!!]
Any help is appreciated THANKS ^_^

Problem solved, I think

Went to F12 for the BIOS and finally saw the CDDVD option to boot, it's loading now, hopefully it will work
