Inactive Redirect virus-- bing variety

got rid of this virus a couple months ago using combofix and a couple of other programs.but it has come back and is worse has taken over firefox and ie8; now have got panda cloud and spyware treminator ,stopped it temporarily but it started redirecting my bing searches to these cheesy search/shopping sites again.any help would be greatly appreciated.


any suggestions as to scripts to loot their bank account for the aggravation and trying to hijack my computer to sell their stupid antivirus software or help to write software to accomplish same task,just let me know.
