Regedit and task manager

ok so you know what i am having troubles with. i have read through the posts and there doesnt seem to be any general way of removing this malware/virus. They all seem to be independent highjack this logs with specific instructions. So.... here I am. what do you suggest i do?

Hello. ok with the malware bytes prog it says to update it. but the computer that has the problem doesnt use internet and never will. problem happened from a memory card from a camera... *pukes..... will that be a problem. I will go ahead and run that, and all the other tools you requested and post a HJT log. upcoming thanks for your support.
