Removing browser history from Chrome, Firefox, Opera

  1. Hi

    I m finding the best info to remove cache, cookies, addressbar history of browsers like Google Chorme, Firefox 3.6.3, Opera 10.53.

    Anyone help me to doing this or any such tool which works perfectly?

    Each of those programs offers a way to do what you wish. Cannot remember where, but you can go to their websites, or just look through all the stuff at the top headers of each program. They are very thorough.

    You should be able to use a tool like CCleaner which will remove all that info for all 3 browsers. Give it a try

    For Opera its Tools -> Delete Private Data...

    You can simply run Firefox in "privacy mode", and all the cookies and browsing history will be purged when you close the browser, without further intervention on your part. After that, either run "CCleaner" or download and run "Advanced system care" (There's a free version here at Techspot), in case anything was missed. (Or you can use both if you're truly paranoid).

    Oh, before I forget, that's, "Tool" > "Options" > "Privacy"......

    thanx everybody for giving nice suggestions

    I found Advanced System Optimizer from Cnet and used it.
    it is wonderfull product in my opinion after using its tool 'Privacy Protector' and others like registry cleaner, backup manager & disk explorer etc

    I resolved my problem. thanx ur kind support. :)
