Repeated XP MCE 2005 BSOD error 0x000008E

I recently turned my old Gateway desktop into a media center computer... installing XP MCE 2005, a faster CPU, new graphics card and TV tuner card. These errors started some time after all of these changes were made. The only similar action is that all instances happened while I was running Google chrome.

I've attached three Minidump files.

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

Which graphic card you have placed in this rig?

All off your dumps only points at win32k.sys (which is an OS core system file), and usually it means there is issues with either your graphic card or its settings. Also its worth having a look at this microsoft support article, they have provided a link for a supposed hotfix which should help alleviate this issue.

It that doesn't help, try putting back the older graphic card or switch to onboard vga (if you have it) and see does it helps. Regards

The graphics card is a GIGABYTE GV-N62256DP2-RH GF6200. There is no onboard VGA.

I will check the hardware acceleration and the update status and see if either of those addresses the issue.

Thanks.
