  1. I am getting the above message when surfing the web. Here is my log file from HijackThis. Can someone help me alleviate this issue. I have read up and was informed to post my log file here where someone might point me in the right direction of which ones to fix.

    Hello Cyberwolf.
    The issue you are reporting may be malware related, as you seem to suspect (judging by the HJT log you included).
    For Malware help at TechSpot please navigate to this Malware subforum...
    Please read the three stickies by Julio, found at the top...
    Then, please follow carefully the eight steps found here...
    Before attaching your new logs to a new thread in that subforum.

    I followed the 8 steps and here are the 3 files attached. When I was running HJT, I got a message stating there was a denied write access to the Hosts file in c:\windows\System32\Drivers\etc. Not sure what caused this.
