Resident Evil-5 Crash

My copy of resident evil-5 kept crashing with an error report "Dynamic library missing" or something
I downloaded and pasted a copy of Xlive.dll in System32 and now it is showing an error message (E_FAIL:XLiveInitialize(&xii))
If any one can help........plz
