grr; lost BBcodes

That is the Windows Explorer(WE) that is crashing (not IE or your Internet per se).
The WE is what gives you the Folder Views (and other goodies) on windows.

So, it's time to confess:
  • what have you been doing?
  • what was the last program you installed (and how long ago)?
  • describe your system in detail (laptop/desktop, windows {xp,2k,vista,win7}, sp level, version {basic,home,pro,ultimate}
  • how long have you had the system?

Details

laptop
DELL i3
bought in april 2011
win 7 orignal

i got this error many times doing many tasks like reading the slides in MS office or Adobe.

i dont remember the last software.i think installed SAP 2000 for my civil engineering purpose.

( sp level, version ) from where i know that ?

You've got something that is pervasive and incompatible with Windows 7.

If you could track down the date of your first occurance of this symptom,
you might have a Restore Point to stablize your system - - AND
discover what was installed or modified since then.

You might just uninstall the SAP and reboot to verify if things get better.

problem not solved

how i can find that date on which i had that error ??
i dont remember that date as well as that software.
this error is also present before the sap installation...

use Control->Admin Tools->Event Viewer to find the system logs

The explorer.exe error will be in the System Events and the are shown in LIFO order,
so scroll to the BOTTOM and then move upward to find the first Error.
Open it and see what program is the culprit - - you likely have several.

You can copy/paste those records in your follow-up on this thread

error not found

I tried to find that error and I m sending u the screen shot of that file so that u can see whether im looking in the right path.because I cant find that error.
