Restore pc restore

A friend of mine asked to me to restore his gateway NV57H73u to windows 7 after he didn't like the windows 10 update. I reformatted the hard drive with a dvd copy of windows 7. Now the pc has no recovery console to restore the pc. Is there any way of getting the recovery console back easily without going thru an act of congress.

Hi You might try the W10 media creation tool. If W10 was activated, I'm thinking you can get w10 back with the media creation tool.
