Results of 8 steps

I've been having a problem with my computer locking up (cursor still moves). In the hope of eliminating possible problems I've tried the 8 steps to eliminate any possible viruses or malware, or any of their lingering effects.

I've already done a full diagnostics scan of the computer hardware, the computer doesn't seem to be overheating, and now I'm trying to make sure the computer is clean.

I don't have the expertise to read the hjt results, so any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

I've been out of town for a week. My computer is practically unusable at this point. I can't really run any applications for very long (because it locks up), I'm unable to transfer data to DVDs without it locking up, and it won't operate long enough for the larger files to get saved to an online backup site (carbonite). I'm really feeling stuck here. I don't know what to make of the hjt log, so again if there is anything in that report that I could correct I'd love to know about it.
