Rogue.A360Antivirus google redirect-no regedit

Hi I have been fighting with the google redirect. I did the instructions for the 8 step

I still cannot get to some web sites with ie. (bleepingcomputer.com) and I cannot use the registry editor (regedit).

Malwarebytes removed the malware Rogue.A360Antivirus.
