I apologize and know there are alot of posts about this specific rootkit, but I have a strange issue going on with it. It's infected in the TCP/IP Stack. When I run combo, it tells me that its infected with this rootkit, but never actually 'runs'. It just says "It may take up to 10 minutes" and never starts the cleaning process. Also ran MBAM, Sophros, Superantispyware, Avast boot scan, Symantec zero access rootkit removal, MBR fix, CHKDSK, SFC, and did a Repair install.. Basically everything except a clean install. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

System is running x86 Windows Home Premium
