Router disconection problem

Hello Everyone,
so my house's wireless network has this problem where every few minutes the internet disconects and reconects. my router setup is as followes: our cable modem is hitched up to a linksys router, model RT31P2. That branches off to our phone system and a D-link wireless broadband router, model DI - 614+ (I think thats what it is). when plugged directly into the linksys router, the internet worked fine. however the moment the d-link router is used, all internet connections begin to disconect. ( it can be on and connected, DC's only start when you acces the internet through it) any info on the matter would be extreemly apreciated (im missing wow time because of this).

I think that the problem may be that you are trying to use two routers in the same home network. If you can configure one of them to just be a switch (not a router), that may solve your problem. Or just use a cheap switch in place of the D-Link router.
