Please could someone please help I have a hp touchsmart windows vista premium computer, I keep getting error windows host process (rundll32) stopped working when I start up, so I thought I would go back to factory settings but it wouldnt let me, so I tried the recovery discs that I made when I bought the computer 5 years ago and they wont work either,
