Sagipsul pop ups - Ran 8 steps and logs attached

Began having problems with sagipsul pop ups. After a search to try and to find out why this was happening I came across your site and followed the 8 steps listed in
"UPDATED 8-step Viruses/Spyware/Malware Preliminary Removal Instructions " thread.

Followed directions and I have attached log files.

Please let me know if I should do anything else.
