Samsung Galaxy Tab 3's OS software update

The messages show "The operating system on your device has been modified in an
authorized way. Try downloading software updates using Samsung Kies on your PC,
or visit a customer service center." Do not understand how to fix or reload tab's OS?

Since this has been posted such a long time ago, I don't expect an answer, but here goes nothing... Did you find the reason at the end?
