Samsung NOTE 4 keeps rebooting itself

Hi guys. I am having a problem with my Samsung Galaxy Note 4. it continues to reboot itself and I am not sure why. at some point I tried buying a new battery but still getting the same problem. Some days it does reboot and phone works fine for about 2-5min then it reboots again. please assist me as to how I can fix this issue.

It might sometimes standstill in the boot loop, as per the device powering off, and repeatedly it gets to appear for a longer time. And here we go by having a look at error displaying as Samsung note 4 keeps restarting.
