Solved Search.conduit in chrome searchbar - have tried everything I can find

All of the above completed. However, when I run a search in the Chrome search bar, it still re-directs to conduit.search and produces a Bing result. This is a tough one.... : (
 
Reset Chrome...
Click on "Customize and control Google Chrome":

Click "Settings" then "Show advanced settings" at the bottom of the screen.
Click "Reset browser settings" button.
Restart Chrome.
