Inactive Search Engine Links Redirected to non-related websites

When i search a topic on google or bing it gets redirected to some other website that has nothing to do with what i searched.

I thought it might be a virus, so i ran a scan with avg and malwarebytes antimalware, but i have no infections.

Pleas help.
