Inactive Search engines being redirected

Hello Computer Savvy people, it appears that my less then health internet habits (e.g. downloading nostalgic TV shows and blindly clicking on any link a friend sends me) has led to a few less then desirable bits of software being downloaded onto my desktop. The major annoyance comes from all search engines being redirected to advertisements. I was wondering if any of you could lend me your time and knowledge in correcting this error.

Make sure, you PASTE all logs. If some log exceeds 50,000 characters post limit, split it between couple of replies.
Attached logs won't be reviewed.
