Sends packets but won't receive any..

I have been reading various forums for a while to solve this problem but so far none have worked. I moved and got a new router, a fritz box 7170. My MacBook works on the wireless but my PC does not fully: I have an 'excellent' connection and send packets, but can't receive any. Under the run, cmd mode it says I'm using the IPs of 192.168.178.1. Not sure what to check next, please let me know if you need more info to help. Thank you!

run ipconfig /all
and copy/paste all the results in your follow-up...

Do what jobeard said... Then do ipconfig/release then ipconfig/renew

Check also if you are not block with your firewall
