Server 2003 stop 0x8E "KERNEL_MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M"

I'm currently troubleshooting three windows server 2003 R2 Terminal Servers, all of which have been experiencing repeated BSODs.

in total, there are 6 servers, all with the same hardware specs (Poweredge 2650's), system drivers, and OS, but only the servers configured as terminal servers seem to be getting stop 0x8e errors.

I've read quite a few post where faulty memory was the culprit, but seeing as 2 of the three terminal servers have had new memory installed since the start of the blue screens, coupled with the fact that only the terminal servers are having issues, leads me to believe it may be a driver issue, specifically a network print driver (seeing as the other three stable servers only have 3 or 4 network printers installed)

well in any case, hopefully someone can make heads or tails of this, or at least point me in the right direction...

attached are the last few debug files from the most unstable of the three
