Shopping for a Nexus

I want a Nexus phablet to run Ubuntu Touch on. My wish list, 32GB, Simport, 3G or 4G, WIFI, Bluetooth, am I asking too much. I can't seem to find a description with spec.s that list everything either yes or no.I've even gone to google to find the Nexus specification, which are hidden.
