Simultaneous Dual-Band Wireless-N Router WRT400N

Hello everybody I have a Linksys by Cisso Simultaneous Dual-Band Wireless-N Router WRT400N brand and when I try to play on my xbox live the Nat type says "Moderate" when I really want it to be "Open". Then I just got my ps3 and it will not play online games because the internet type is not 1,2 or 3 and when it test the internet connection it fails on the UPnp. I tried to modify the settings on my router but I can't find the UPnp options (if there is one) or anything to fix my Nat Type. If anybody can give me some instructions on how to open my Nat type with this type of router that would be great.
