Sketchy popups

  1. Not sure if these are a malware or not but recently I have been getting these random file popups. For example, I got a random file popping up asking me to save a java file while I was off my web browser. I think it has to do with skype because just recently today I got this popup ( in picture ). I also ran a full malware scan on my pc using malwarebytes on both my hd and ssd and it showed 0 threats. I also scanned with hitmanpro just to be safe and got nothing. Should I be concerned about? I have a pretty expensive pc ( 1.5k ) and I don't want it getting damaged =p skype popup. t these random popups or could it just be skype?
