finding the Error in the event Viewer that corresponds to this message will tell you whether it's a problem tha is caused by a Service, which one, or whether it's cause by a Dependency:and here as I remember was mentioned one of the services or at least a number of it ( but I cant remember which )
Control Panel> Administrative Tools> Services> click first on System, then Apps and do this same thing:
The log screen will open of each. Look for the Error that corresponds to the time of the crash> right click> Properties on the Error> click on the Copy icon below the down arrow on top right> Past the Error Here (Ctrl V)
Please ignore Warnings and Information Events. And only give one copy of the Error if the Error occurs multiple times, has the same ID#, the same Source and the same description.
Don't change any of the Services yet, until we can resolve this.
You cannot be vague when reporting a problem. I don't recommend doing any installs, uninstalls or update until we gt you running smoothly, unless we tell you to do something specifically to correct a problem.question: there is more than one service that resrt after failure,
If i remember correctly NET framework 2.0. was neede for install so since i installed it i assume this is the right one.
Do NOT take your antivirus program off of Startup.
