Something is blocking iTunes from downloading

XP Pro sp2, Firefox latest, latest Zonealarm security suite, SSD, AVG anti spyware.

Have gone into FF tools and allowed cookies for that specific site, and have allowed access for add ons for that specific site. Still something is blocking the site from opening. Want to download and install itunes.

Anybody have any other ideas?
