I've got an interesting problem(s); First - I couldn't access volume controls because there was no sound mixer installed -I restarted Windows Audio in services but it gets disabled again. I also would lose internet and discovered that my network card loses tcp/ip settings (can't access them under the card's properties) - removing and reinstalling the card fixes that until the next reboot.

SuperAntispyware finds nothing.
AntiMalwarebyes finds nothing.
Norton Antivirus finds nothing.

I'm running Windows XP Pro -SP3
Intel Pentium 4 processor
512MB DDR RAM
Dimension 4500 Desktop PC

Hijack This! log attached.

All feedback will be appreciated : )

This sounds more like a system problem. But I'll be glad to check the system for malware. We don't 'screen' for malware with HijackThis so if you would like us to check the system for malware, please follow the steps in the Preliminary Virus and Malware Removal thread HERE.

When you have finished, leave the logs for review in your next reply .
NOTE: Logs must be pasted in the replies. Attached logs will not be reviewed.

Please do not use any other cleaning programs or scans while I'm helping you, unless I direct you to. Do not use a Registry cleaner or make any changes in the Registry.
