Sound Problems On Vista Laptop

Have no sound on Medion Vista Laptop.
There is an X beside speaker icon on taskbar.
Says that No Audio Output Device Is Installed.
Driver check says that all the best drivers are installed.
Need to get the sound back.

You should wait until Broni gives you a clean bill of health regarding malware before tackling your sound problem. You failed to read Broni's instructions not to make any changes or run any fixes other than what Broni suggests.

If you are talking about the results of the scans that Broni instructed you to perform, cut and paste them into your post.
